Entry Date: October 30, 2023. Contestants to email rodeo office until 8pm to enter, must specify name, school, and event which you are entering. You will receive a confirmation email that your entry was received. E-Transfers will be accepted October 31 and November 1 for Entry Fees. All entry fees must be paid via E-Transfer. 

Stalling: Burnt Lake Auction Mart has pens available, no booking required for these pens. There is also 15 stalls and 8 pens available close to Red Deer, please contact Trina Carroll at 403-350-0688 to book. 

Host Hotel:  There is no host hotel. There is a couple accommodations available at Red Deer Polytechnic campus, prices range between $80 - $100. Please contact Trina Carroll at 403-350-0688 to book.

Other Info: 

     - $100 entry fee. 70% payout. We will be paying two spots 60%/40%. Payout will be completed after the event via E-Transfer.

     - There will be no event, all around, or varsity points given out. 

     - We will be doing go-around laps. If you are leading your event, please be ready to go with the flag girls. 

     - Contestant meeting will happen at 10am at the rodeo office at the arena. All members must attend as we will be discussing grand       entry.
